How much does shipping cost?

I placed an order but why haven't I received a confirmation email yet?

If you placed a successful order you should receive confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after an hour please contact us to make sure your order went through.

How do I get a refund or make an exchange?

Items purchased from plumandpunch.com are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns will be initiated by contacting us at pp-consumersupport@plumandpunch.com. Please provide your order number and reason for return and we will process your request and send a pre-paid return shipping label.

We will process your return as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 5-7 business days for a refund. A notification email will be sent after the return is processed. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded or included in refund off original order.

If there are any signs of use we will not be able to accept the return, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

What forms of payment do you accept for online purchases?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Paypal and Apple Pay are also accepted. We cannot accept gift cards, checks, or money orders for online purchases.
